Where are my cards?

Only on this device, unless you have an account.

How do I get my cards onto my phone and my laptop?

With an account. Without one, carry them over with a backup from Settings.

Is there an AI inside kartay?

No. You give the instructions to ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini and paste its answer under Import.

Can I bring my cards over from Anki?

Yes, images and progress included. You open the file from Anki under Import.

Does kartay work without the internet?

Yes. If you put it on your home screen, it opens in airplane mode too.

I have forgotten my password.

A new password only opens the cards in your account together with your recovery code. The cards on this device stay.

Something crashed.

A report is waiting in Settings that you can attach.
